When you place an order, create an account, or subscribe to our newsletter we collect only what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details, and — when you pay by M-Pesa — the M-Pesa phone number, transaction code, and (if you upload it) a payment confirmation screenshot.

We also collect the standard technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and pages visited) so the site works correctly and stays secure.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, confirm payments, send order updates, respond to enquiries, provide receipts, and (with your consent) send occasional newsletters about new stock and deals.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We only share your data with the people who need it to fulfil your order — for example our delivery riders who need your name, phone and delivery address, or a payment provider to reconcile M-Pesa transactions.

Payment screenshots you upload are stored privately and only visible to our team while verifying your payment.

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, warranty and dispute-resolution purposes. Newsletter subscriptions stay until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019) you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.

Essential cookies keep the shop working — for example your cart, login session, and security tokens. These are required and cannot be turned off while you use the site.

If you choose “Accept all” on our cookie banner, we may also load analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Choosing “Essential only” keeps these analytics cookies off.
