You agree to pay for confirmed orders via the selected method — Pay on Delivery (Cash/M-Pesa), M-Pesa to till 111222, or a WhatsApp arrangement confirmed with our team.
Stock availability can change quickly, especially on popular and flash-sale items.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to rearrange, substitute, or refund that line item.
Product images are illustrative and intended to show the type of item sold.
Colours, pack branding and minor finish details may vary slightly by batch.
Delivery is available around Ongata Rongai and greater Nairobi areas, subject to a delivery fee below the free-delivery threshold.
In-store pickup is available from our shop at JP3X+6W, Ongata Rongai, Kware Stage, Race Aca Complex, Store 48. Please allow reasonable time for preparation when collecting the same day.
For damaged, incorrect or missing items, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery or pickup with your order number and photos where helpful.
We will work with you in good faith to resolve genuine issues through replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate.
