Where we deliver, what it costs, and how to collect from our Ongata Rongai store.
We deliver across Ongata Rongai and greater Nairobi, covering Kware, Maasai Lodge, Nkaimurunya, Bomas, Karen, Lang'ata, South B/C, Kitengela, and the CBD. Not sure if we cover your area? Ask on WhatsApp or call and we'll confirm.
Orders placed by 4:00 PM on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day (subject to stock confirmation). Orders placed after that, or on weekends, go out the next working day. Delivery times are typical ranges: Rongai 1–2 hours, nearby estates 2–6 hours, wider Nairobi same-day or next-day depending on the route. You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation once your order is out for delivery.

Standard delivery is KES 200 for orders under KES 5,000. Orders of KES 5,000 or more deliver free within our standard areas. Pickup is always free. Large or urgent deliveries may carry a small surcharge — we'll confirm before dispatch.

Collect your order from our shop at JP3X+6W, Ongata Rongai, Kware Stage, Race Aca Complex, Store 48. Pickup has no fee. Orders are usually ready within a few hours of confirmation; call or WhatsApp ahead so we can have your order packed and waiting at the counter.
